This recipe is easy to make, but above all very healthy. The ingredients are completely replaceable for a vegan option. It works as a good alternative for a quick breakfast or a healthy dessert.
First of all, place the chia seeds in a bowl and add the milk. Keep in mind that, for a healthier recipe, it could be a plant-based milk.
To sweeten it, you can use sugar or a sweetener of your choice like agave, honey or another option allowed for diabetics.
Optionally, cocoa powder may be added before let it in the refrigerator.
This small bowl should be stored in it for at least 2 hours. In case of being eaten for breakfast, the bowl can be put overnight.
We must take into account that the amount of chia in the bowl will determine the thickness of the pudding.
Finally, some slices of banana, blueberries and strawberry are perfect to decorate.
